Job Summary
Execute sales priorities and retail strategy within an assigned territory by visiting 6-10+ accounts daily. Sell and maintain 100% distribution of authorized Hershey items while ensuring flawless merchandising execution through building displays and replenishing secondary displays. Utilize consultative selling and negotiation techniques to influence store leadership, solve problems, and drive long-term business results. Report daily activities via tablets and submit weekly activity reports, expenses, and account changes. This continuous part-time role requires 20-25 hours per week, overlapping core hours from 6:00am to 4:00pm, with a starting rate of $15.50-$16.50 per hour. Candidates must reside within the specified zip codes, drive 55+ miles daily, and possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.

- Comfortable traveling to each of the store locations
- Valid US state issued driver's license
- Personal vehicle in sound operating condition
- Personal auto insurance indicating minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage with business use permitted
- Ability to drive long distances to make multiple sales calls on a daily basis
- Ability to lift 10-40 lbs. on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop down and demonstrate manual dexterity on a frequent basis with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to use tablet technology
- Daily access to wireless internet
