Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans. Record session data using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families. Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Roles offer part-time opportunities with full training provided; no experience required. Requires taking the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course and a minimum 6-month commitment.
