Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or in community-based locations, directly implementing skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical ABA team. Accurately record session data using electronic devices, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Ideal for entry-level candidates with no experience required; full training is offered. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to learn, patience and calm demeanor, and completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course with a minimum 6-month commitment. All positions start part-time and involve delivering services in home or community settings.
