Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Record session data using electronic devices, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families and other providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Roles start part-time with opportunities in the ABA field; ideal for those entering psychology or education. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to learn, patience and compassion, ability to remain calm, completion of the 40-hour RBT course, and a minimum 6-month commitment. Training is provided; positions offer part-time schedules with afternoon or evening hours.
