Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community locations, implementing evidence-based skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team. Accurately record session data using electronic devices, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Ideal for individuals entering the field; no experience required and full training offered. Positions start part-time with afternoon/evening options available; training includes completing the 40-hour RBT course.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism
- Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
