Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community-based locations, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team, record session data using electronic devices, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Opportunities start part-time with flexible afternoon/evening hours; ideal for those entering the field of psychology or education. No experience required; full training offered. Requires completion of the 40-hour RBT course and a minimum 6-month commitment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Patience and compassion
- Ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
