Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team. Record session data using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Start as part-time roles; ideal for students or those seeking entry into ABA/psychology. Training provided; must complete 40-hour RBT course.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- No experience required
- Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
