Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as part of a clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data using electronic devices, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and be passionate about helping children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
