Job Summary
Hernia Specialist responsible for driving clinical and procedural excellence in hernia disease management to achieve above-market growth in the assigned territory. Develops strategic account plans, fosters key customer relationships, executes robotic integration initiatives, and leverages sales, education, and program initiatives to accelerate procedural adoption and market conversion. Lead efforts to integrate robotic surgery into hernia procedures, position the portfolio as the key solution for robotic-assisted surgery, and use advanced selling tools and disease-state education to drive new business. Territory includes Dallas, TX with travel to multiple accounts; requires a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma with 6+ years of field sales experience OR Associate’s Degree with 4+ years of field sales experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of field sales experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Reside within the assigned territory and able to travel to multiple accounts in the region
- Experience in selling medical devices or healthcare products is preferred
- Proven ability to build strategic account plans and manage relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., SF.com) and Microsoft Office Suite
