Job Summary
Lead daily jobsite operations for residential remodeling projects, performing rough and finish carpentry while diagnosing and solving unforeseen field conditions. Coordinate junior carpenters to support daily flow, manage subcontractors, and communicate progress, concerns, and material needs with the Project Manager. Ensure all work meets quality standards, maintain project documentation and permits, and participate in building inspections and code compliance activities. Mentor less experienced carpenters to help create a positive, productive jobsite culture.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential remodeling and carpentry experience
- Experience leading crews and coordinating subcontractors
- Strong rough and finish carpentry skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
