Job Summary
Hepatology Account Manager responsible for owning B2B customer relationships within large healthcare delivery networks (IDNs, academic centers, health departments) and engaging C/D-level stakeholders to deliver a customized value proposition. Conduct comprehensive clinical brand presentations to physicians and other healthcare professionals, develop and execute an integrated territory business plan to meet or exceed sales targets, identify key influencers, optimize field call coverage, manage the territory budget, and collaborate with the brand team to deliver exceptional customer experience. Travel up to 50% is required; position includes potential to work remotely within the US as indicated by posting tags. Successful candidate will possess strong account selling skills, deep knowledge of the health systems business model, and the ability to analyze data to drive strategic territory plans, while adhering to regulatory and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Valid driver’s license
- Travel up to 50% (based on district size)
- Minimum 3-5 years biotech/pharmaceutical experience (account management/sales)
- Experience calling on C/D level within large, complex healthcare delivery networks (IDNs)
- Proven success in product launch sales (preferred)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, or Tagalog (preferred)
