Job Summary
HEOR Lead responsible for directing pharmacoeconomics and pharmacoepidemiology research in Russia (Moscow) to optimize patient access. Responsibilities include strategic country-level HEOR planning, integrating pharmacoeconomic arguments into brand and market access strategies, contributing to RWE study design, developing and communicating value dossiers for payers, coordinating with International & Early Development, pricing, and market access teams, and leading cross-functional collaboration. Requires 5–10+ years in HEOR/HTA, master's degree (PhD preferred), and advanced English; proficiency in modeling, cost-effectiveness analyses, and stakeholder engagement to support pricing, reimbursement, and patient access.
Required Qualifications
