Job Summary
In-home caregiver role for elderly/disabled clients, performing tasks such as medication reminders, ambulation/mobility support, personal care and hygiene, assisting with physical therapy, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. Will report to nurses/doctors/family and document any unusual incidents; must have reliable transportation, CPR certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Requires compassionate bedside manner and strong communication and time-management skills; full-time or part-time positions available in Eatonton, GA, with in-person work. Compensation ranges from $14.00 to $17.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable Transportation
- CPR Certification (American Heart Association)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with dietary considerations
- Strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills
- Physical endurance
