Draft and review English and Japanese legal documents, performing risk analysis and proposing revisions. Lead initiatives for data protection law compliance, including cross-border data transfer and cybersecurity regulations. Advance domestic and international investment and partnership cases while coordinating with external law firms. Execute legal risk analysis for overseas expansion and propose corresponding countermeasures. Implement internal awareness campaigns and drive legal department reform to enhance efficiency.
