Head Tennis Coach at Henley High School responsible for OSAA compliance, safety training, equipment management, organizing and scheduling practices, supervising coaches and athletes, maintaining accurate records and reports (eligibility, inventories, budgets, rosters, injuries), and ensuring professional communication with staff and media while upholding district philosophy and policies.
Required Qualifications
- OSAA trainings and certifications (district requirements)
- CPR and First Aid Training Certificates
- Minimum age 21
- Ability to adhere to OSHA and district safety regulations
- Awareness of blood borne pathogens and MSDS documentation
- Experience in maintaining inventories and equipment management
- Ability to set up organized practice schedules
- Strong communication with coaching staff and media
- Knowledge of district/school philosophy and policies
- Ability to supervise assistant coaches and athletes
- Demonstrated ability to prevent injuries and manage care
- Commitment to safety, scholarship, sportsmanship, and professional conduct
