Job Summary
Prepare and execute monthly payroll and salary calculations for 50 employees using DATEV, Lexware, and other software. Manage tax and social security-related inquiries while maintaining relevant data and handling correspondence with authorities, insurers, and health funds. Organize invoicing and administrative tasks within the temporary staffing sector. Requires a completed vocational training or extensive experience in payroll accounting, strong proficiency in German, and familiarity with the AÜG. Full-time or part-time availability is flexible. Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder langjährige Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung
- Praktische Kenntnisse in der Zeitarbeitsbranche
- Grundkenntnisse im AÜG(Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz)
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse
- Routine im Umgang mit gängigen Programmen
- Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Ein offenes, kommunikatives Auftreten
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachler Niveau in Wort und Schrift
