Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly by providing personalized service, making product recommendations, and processing transactions. Apply suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and maintain visually appealing merchandise presentations through daily stock replenishment and recovery. Handle inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally while following asset protection and safety protocols. Demonstrate ownership of store objectives, contribute to team culture, and support store operations with pricing, promotional sets, and product placement. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to move around all store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.

- Comfortable with technology, including smart phones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems

- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Must be at least 16 years old
