Job Summary
Oversee daily car wash operations by managing labor, production, and profitability while ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures and brand standards. Lead the team in the Site Leader's absence, conduct coaching and training for staff, and drive sales through memberships and loyalty programs. Maintain a clean site and equipment, address mechanical issues immediately, and respond to fluctuating business flow to ensure guest satisfaction. Work outdoors in all conditions for extended periods, including weekends and holidays, to support overall site performance and operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
- Is willing to work a minimum of 45 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry up to 40 pounds short distances
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Related management experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
