Job Summary
Hemodialysis Clinical Nurse (Nights) providing direct patient care in a 6-station dialysis unit within Missouri Baptist Medical Center. 12-hour night/evening shifts with on-call 1-2 times weekly and every 3rd Saturday; orientation tailored to needs; participates in care planning, patient education, safety, quality and regulatory compliance; utilizes nursing skills to assess and manage physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs; works within the BJC RN Career Ladder framework to advance career progression. Requires RN licensure; Peritoneal Dialysis experience preferred; unit operates in a Magnet-designated hospital setting with comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- RN license
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
