Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts, examine endorsements, and enter transactions into computer records. Process withdrawals, pay out money after signature verification, and handle mortgage, consumer loan, and other payments while generating receipts. Count, check, and package coins and currency, pin ATM/Debit cards, and document items into synergy. Promote financial services such as CDs, safe deposit boxes, and money orders. Assist with account opening procedures and ensure stations are stocked with forms and supplies. Deliver outstanding customer service and establish effective working relationships with co-workers. Travel to other branches to assist with staffing may be required.
