Conduct initial cleanings, deep cleanings, and window cleaning assignments while performing quality inspections to ensure consistent service standards. Cover shifts as needed and introduce new employees when required, maintaining key handling protocols. Work primarily in Halmstad and surrounding areas, collaborating closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead. The role operates 75% of the time with a fixed monthly salary, mileage compensation for personal vehicle use, and paid travel time between customers. Includes free training in home cleaning and continued professional development.
