Job Summary
Conduct initial cleanings, deep cleanings, and window cleaning assignments while performing quality inspections to maintain high service standards. Cover shifts and introduce new employees when needed, managing key handling as required. Work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead across Falkenberg and Halmstad, adapting to varied working days and fluctuating business needs. This 75% role offers a fixed monthly salary, mileage compensation for your own vehicle, and free training in home cleaning and service development.
