Hematology / Oncology with Leadership in Central Illinois

Manage a balanced Hematology/Oncology practice with approximately 60–65% malignant oncology and 35–40% benign hematology within a comprehensive cancer program featuring onsite CT, MRI, PET/CT, infusion services, pathology, and radiation oncology. Lead weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards, oversee clinical trials, genetic counseling, and survivorship programs, and collaborate with fellowship-trained surgical oncology partners. Develop subspecialty interests in breast, GU, prostate, and other disease-focused areas while exploring Associate Medical Director responsibilities for program growth, recruitment, and strategic development.
