Job Summary
Hematology/Oncology Physician needed to join a medical center’s growing oncology program in Palm Beach, FL. The incoming physician will practice in a clinical environment while helping to build relationships and serve as the face of medical oncology at the hospital to develop an in-house referral stream. The program includes a multidisciplinary team with four surgical oncologists, two radiation oncologists, nurse navigators, and opportunities in clinical research. The center features state-of-the-art infusion suites, expanded genetic testing, survivorship programs, and cutting-edge radiotherapy technologies (CyberKnife, TrueBeam, e-IORT). Candidate should be board certified/eligible in hematology and oncology, have a sub-specialty interest in GI oncology, and be comfortable attending hospital events to grow the program; some experience preferred. Financial package includes a base salary of $400,000 plus bonuses; relocation package available.
