Job Summary
Board Certified/Eligible Hematology/Oncology physician to lead an CoC-accredited oncology program within Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican in Santa Cruz. Responsibilities include serving as a foundational physician leader, influencing clinical protocols, mentoring staff, and cultivating a high-performing culture within the Mary & Richard Solari Cancer Center’s multidisciplinary approach. Practice with autonomy and collaboration in a well-supported environment at Dominican Hospital and the Mary & Richard Solari Cancer Center, including a Premier Infusion Center. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- MD or DO degree
- license to practice medicine in California
- ability to lead and mentor within an accredited oncology program
