Job Summary
Hematology/Oncology Physician to join Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican in Santa Cruz, CA. Lead and grow an established oncology program as a foundational physician leader within a CoC-accredited multidisciplinary center (Mary & Richard Solari Cancer Center). Responsibilities include influencing clinical protocols, mentoring staff, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with autonomy and collaboration across clinic and hospital levels. The role supports a competitive salary with a $550k salary guarantee plus productivity, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, student loan assistance, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits including 100% employer-paid medical and dental, strong retirement, generous time away, and PSLF eligibility. Resources include dedicated medical assistant, ultrasonographer, RN support, and proximity to Dominican Hospital and the infusion center.
