Hematology/Oncology Physician role based in Santa Cruz, CA with Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican. Lead and grow an established oncology program as a foundational physician leader within a CoC-accredited program at the Mary & Richard Solari Cancer Center. Collaborate across a multidisciplinary team, mentor staff, influence clinical protocols, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a well-equipped facility including a premier outpatient infusion center.
