Job Summary
BE/BC Hematology/Oncology Physician sought to join a stable group at Johnston Memorial Hospital/Ballad Health Medical Associates in Abingdon, VA. The role includes a robust outpatient oncology practice with Radiation Oncology onsite (TruBeam & SBRT) and robotic capabilities (da Vinci and Ion). The physician will join two other Hem/Onc physicians and a supportive APP team to deliver comprehensive cancer care, including a full-service infusion room and access to a strong support network of nurses, navigators, pharmacists, schedulers, and ancillary staff. Required Qualifications
- BE/BC in Hematology/Oncology
- Full Time Hematology/Oncology physician
- Board certification or eligibility in Hematology/Oncology
- Ability to work in outpatient oncology setting
- Experience with infusion services and multidisciplinary oncology team
- Collaborative practice with Rad Onc, Surgery, Pulmonology, GI, Urology, OB/GYN, Pathology, Radiology
