Job Summary
Conduct outpatient Hematology & Oncology care with a manageable daily clinic volume supported by multidisciplinary providers including advanced practice practitioners and nurse navigators. Manage infusion center operations across 13 chairs Monday through Saturday and participate in national clinical trials within a Commission on Cancer–accredited program. Deliver seamless patient care through the Epic EMR while balancing a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth and a predictable 1:5 call rotation from Friday 5 PM to Friday 5 PM.
