Job Summary
Board-certified/board-eligible Hematology/Oncology physician sought to join a full-service cancer program located in Ontario, Oregon. Work includes a 4-day schedule with 32 patient contact hours, 1:9 call, and outreach to Baker City, OR. Participate in a multidisciplinary cancer program with nursing navigators, genetics counseling, nutrition services, an oncology hospitalist, and weekly tumor boards; engage in clinical trials and practice across medical, radiation, and surgical oncology within a system that includes the Montana Cancer Consortium. Requires MD/DO, completion of ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency and Hematology Oncology fellowship, and Oregon/Idaho licensure with privileges at SAMC Ontario and SAMC Baker City. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency
- Hematology Oncology fellowship
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Hematology Oncology or ability to obtain within three years
- Oregon and Idaho medical licensure and privileges at SAMC Ontario, SAMC Baker City, and affiliated hospitals
- DEA registration and controlled substances registration
