Job Summary
Hematology Oncology opportunity in a physician-led multispecialty group with locations in Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, and Ontario offering telemedicine; features include a full-spectrum cancer program with medical, radiation, and surgical oncology, tumor boards, and access to robust clinical trials. The role focuses on patient care with a schedule of Monday–Friday and at least 32 patient contact hours per week, with a potential 4-day work week option. Support services include nurse navigators, social work, genetics counseling, nutritionist, and a dedicated inpatient unit, plus participation in multidisciplinary collaboration with fellowship-trained surgeons across breast, plastic/reconstruction, GYN oncology, colorectal, neurosurgery, thoracic, and esophageal oncology. The recruitment package includes sign-on incentives, relocation, PTO & CME, malpractice tail coverage, and comprehensive benefits. Visa sponsorship is open to eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Board certified or board-eligible within 3 years of employment
- Successful completion of an accredited residency/fellowship in Medical Oncology/Hematology
- Medical licensure in Oregon and Idaho with privileges at affiliated hospitals
- DEA registration and controlled substance registration
- Visa candidacy open to qualified candidates
