Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner needed for 100% outpatient care in Modesto, CA. Responsible for managing 18-20 adult oncology patients per day, including routine visits, treatment monitoring, symptom assessment, survivorship care, and urgent issues. Practices with Epic EHR in a stable, growing multi-specialty group; 4.5-day work week; focus on outpatient oncology with an emphasis on compassionate, comprehensive patient care.
