Job Summary
Outpatient Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner providing care to adult patients in a growing multi-specialty group. Manage routine visits, treatment monitoring, symptom assessment, survivorship care, and urgent issues with approximately 18-20 patients per day. Role involves 4.5-day work week, Epic EHR documentation, and a strong focus on clinical excellence within a stable practice.
