Job Summary
Conduct hematology and oncology treatment visits, including chemotherapy, biotherapy, new patient evaluations, and complex cancer care coordination within an outpatient and telehealth setting. Manage follow-up visits and care coordination for patients in Lafayette, Louisiana. Maintain Basic Life Support certification and hold a Certified Nurse Practitioner in Hematology Oncology credential, along with Chemotherapy Certification. Requires a Louisiana license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact license. Schedule includes Monday through Friday from 8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m., with occasional Saturday rotations approximately once every three months; no hospital call. Credentialing timeframe is 120 days. Electronic Medical Record system is Epic.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Life Support

- Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
