Job Summary
Outpatient Hematology-Oncology locum tenens physician needed in southern North Carolina. Schedule: 2-5 weekdays per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Daily volume: 3-4 new consults and follow-ups for adult patients. Case mix: 70% solid tumor, 30% hematology. EMR: Epic. Must be board-certified; medical license and credentialing support provided. Travel and lodging arranged by our travel team; comprehensive malpractice coverage. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified hematology/oncology physician
- MD or DO with active medical license in the United States
- Outpatient hematology/oncology experience (locum tenens preferred)
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
- Ability to manage adult patient population
- Willingness to travel for assignments
- Ability to work 2-5 weekdays, 8a-5p
- Ability to cover 3-4 new consults + follow-ups per day
