Required Qualifications
- Board certification in Hematology, Oncology, and Internal Medicine
- Medical Doctorate (M.D.) OR Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) OR MBBS

- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program OR at least 5 years of practice in the specialty with documented case logs
- Active state medical license in at least one state (and other licenses must be in good standing or not renewed)
