Hematology / Oncology

Manage a hematology/oncology practice with 60–65% malignant oncology and 35–40% benign hematology, overseeing clinic-based care including new consults, follow-ups, treatment management, and survivorship. Lead inpatient consultations averaging 2–3 cases daily, collaborate with hospitalists, and utilize onsite imaging and pathology resources. Drive program growth by recruiting and mentoring future physicians, developing service line expansion strategies, and representing the oncology program through community engagement and regional provider partnerships.
