Manage a collaborative, multidisciplinary oncology program serving the Western Slope by seeing approximately 12–14 patients daily, ensuring ample time with each patient. Operate within a two-physician model supported by strong APPs and multidisciplinary resources, while leveraging an established regional referral network. Primarily handle outpatient care, with hospitalists managing inpatient needs and the physician focusing on light, phone-based calls. Assist in shaping and growing the program to support meaningful impact across rural communities.
