Job Summary
Territory-based Hematology Clinical Account Specialist responsible for promoting Epcoritamab and Ibrutinib within Madison, WI and the majority of Iowa. Develops and executes strategic business plans aligned with regional and national goals; presents disease state and product information to hematologists/oncologists, nurses, and office staff; leverages sales analytics to create high-impact plans; collaborates with cross-functional partners; maintains up-to-date knowledge of oncology/Hematology market dynamics and payer considerations; ensures compliance with laws, policies, and AbbVie Pharmacyclics promotional guidelines; achieves or exceeds sales targets; completes required trainings and credentialing to gain access to facilities; maintains strong product knowledge and relationships across the oncology care continuum.
Required Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of Pharma Sales experience
- 2+ years Hematology/Oncology sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Healthcare industry credentialing requirements (HCIR) may include background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof
- Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Willingness for business travel (air or car)
