Job Summary
Hematology Clinical Account Manager/Sr. CAM to drive territory sales within the US-based hematology/rare-disease portfolio. Acts as the primary customer contact for demand creation, executing marketing strategies, and promoting Sobi products with on-label clinical benefits. Develops and implements territory business plans, delivers branded sales messages at local meetings, and achieves or exceeds sales targets while complying with regulatory guidelines. Requires deep product and disease-state knowledge, collaboration with sales/marketing, and travel within the territory (up to ~40–50%). Remote position but candidates must reside within the territory. Bachelor's degree in business or science is required, with 5+ years hospital selling experience in pharma/biotech and 3+ years of specialty or 8 years of hospital selling experience, plus strong sales performance and experience with reimbursement programs and formulary management.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in business or science
- Minimum of 5 years’ hospital selling experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry
- Minimum of 3 years’ specialty sales experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry
- 3 years’ biologics sales experience utilizing a specialty pharmacy or 8 years with dedicated hospital selling experience
- Strong history of high sales performance
- Experience with single source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary
- Ability to travel within assigned territory (up to 40-50% in some cases)
- Based in or near geographic territory (relocation not provided)
