Job Summary
Hematology Account Manager responsible for all sales activities in an assigned geographic area for BESREMi®. Develop and execute strategic territory plans targeting hematologists/oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, formulary committees and related stakeholders. Promote BESREMi®, communicate pivotal trial data, and address barriers to adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (market access, medical, analytics) to deliver comprehensive solutions, build clinical conviction, and achieve sales objectives. Drive territory growth through account planning, data-driven execution, and ongoing education of customers across academic and community settings. Seek continual learning, maintain strong ethical standards, and leverage CRM and performance data to optimize performance. Ensure successful product launches and sustained engagement with key customer segments while navigating access and reimbursement dynamics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries including hematology/solid tumor/rare disease space
- Consistent track record of hematology oncology sales in academic and community-based institutions
- Existing relationships with key customers (KOLs, key accounts) highly valued
- Experience in new product launches
- Ability to understand all facets of the sales cycle including access and reimbursement barriers
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Sales hunter mentality and ability to develop new leads
- Autonomous management of large geographic territories
