Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care, managing approximately 12 patients daily with a 70% oncology and 30% hematology case mix including benign conditions. Coordinate with four staff clinicians, one advanced practice provider, dedicated nurse navigators, schedulers, and on-site pharmacy support. Work a day shift with a 1:4 call rotation covering weeknights and weekends.
