Job Summary
Hematologist/Oncologist needed for outpatient locum tenens coverage in Montrose, CO. Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care, treating approximately 12 patients per day across 3-4 days per week. Clinical responsibilities include 70% oncology and 30% hematology, including benign hematology. Collaboration with a team of 4 staff clinicians, 1 advanced practice provider, nurse navigators, schedulers, and on-site pharmacy support. 1:4 call rotation including weeknights and weekends. Location details reference Montrose, CO and Guffey, CO. This position is on-site with no remote work indicated.
Required Qualifications
- Board certification in hematology or medical oncology
- MD or DO degree
- Active medical license in Colorado
- Locum tenens experience preferred
