Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care, managing 15-20 patients daily in a clinic-based setting with occasional hospital rounding. Conduct thorough patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans for hematologic and oncologic conditions, and coordinate ongoing care with a multidisciplinary team of five oncologists and four nurse practitioners. Utilize the Mosaiq EMR system for documentation and treatment planning while collaborating with nursing staff, administrative support, and the full phone triage team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology is required, with minimal call coverage expectations and hospital privileges at Beacon, St. Joseph, and Unity Physician hospitals.
