The clinician will provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care, managing 15-20 patients daily in a primarily clinic-based setting with occasional hospital rounding. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, developing individualized hematology/oncology treatment plans, and coordinating ongoing care with a multidisciplinary team of colleagues and advanced practice providers. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology is required, with prescriptive authority and hospital privileges at Beacon, St. Joseph, and Unity Physician hospitals. The role utilizes Mosaiq EMR for documentation and treatment planning, and involves collaboration with experienced nursing staff, administrative support, and a full phone triage team. Dates needed mid-May ongoing; shift is day shift with minimal call; on-site location in Indianapolis, IN.
