Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic evaluations and physical examinations to determine treatment courses for cancer patients. Develop personalized treatment plans using physiological knowledge, provide routine check-ups, and monitor progress while addressing side effects. Collaborate with radiologists and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care, participate in research studies and clinical trials, and offer immunization and Botulinum toxin treatments. Utilize radiography to identify growths, provide wound care for compromised healing, and deliver geriatric care to older adults with cancer. Maintain current knowledge of oncology advancements and adhere to evidence-based best practices.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Eligible for a New York State medical license
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
