Job Summary
Hematology/Oncology Physician position at Carl T. Hayden Medical Center (VA) in Phoenix, AZ. Provide care for Veterans with malignant and benign hematologic disorders and malignant solid tumors; offer specialty consultations for inpatients and outpatients; participate on committees; engage in quality assurance programs; teach and supervise medical students and residents; requirement to qualify for an academic appointment at the University of Arizona School of Medicine - Phoenix; work Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with minimal call. Comprehensive benefits package including education debt reduction (EDRP) up to $200,000; potential for competitive salary with annual performance bonus and regular increments. Eligible for EDRP and participation details provided by program offices. Location is Phoenix, AZ with Gilbert, AZ listed as location hint; opportunities to contribute to a robust hematology/oncology program serving Veterans.
