Hematology/Oncology Physician needed at the VA in Phoenix to care for Veterans with malignant and benign hematologic disorders and malignant solid tumors. Responsibilities include providing specialty consultations for inpatients and outpatients, serving on committees, participating in quality assurance programs, and helping the facility meet performance measures. Must diagnose, stage, and provide therapy and follow-up for these disorders; involvement in teaching and supervision of medical students and physicians-in-training; must qualify for an academic appointment at the University of Arizona School of Medicine – Phoenix.
