Provide inpatient and outpatient hematology and oncology coverage on-site in Providence, Rhode Island, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with inpatient rounding conducted in the latter half of the day. Manage patient volume ranging from 12 to 20 encounters per day, including typical 45-minute consults and 15-minute follow-ups, with flexibility based on clinician preference. Handle call coverage on a 1:1 rotation, consisting of one week and one weekend per month. This assignment requires hospital privileges and prescriptive authority, with a ramp-up period provided for patient volume.
