Job Summary
Provide inpatient hematology and oncology coverage on-site in Springfield, Missouri, Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with weekend call coverage spanning Friday 7:00 AM through Monday 7:00 AM. Perform rounding on 8-9 patients on Fridays and Saturdays; weekday call coverage is also required. Manage approximately 5 new consults per week while maintaining all clinical documentation through the EPIC EMR system. Hospital privileges are required, with temporary privileges expected to be granted in approximately one week.
